Today Sunday is a bright sunny day and the temperature is mild for Winter at -5C, in the sunshine you feel warm. Though there is now snow on the ground since 17 January, it is a mild Winter with the exception of the wind.

It is so beautiful there! We had a bright sunny mild Sunday, too. 21C. If we ever reach minus anything, I’m moving! I’ve got my long underwear on when it drops below 12.

Lovely photographs. The light is beautiful, and the reflection in the puddle in the first photograph offers a wonderful echo to the scene itself. Winter does indeed have its own magic, particularly if it’s not bitterly cold!

Such beautiful pictures. I love the tree covered in snow with the backdrop of the orange sky. Such a good contrast.
